This study investigates how to enhance the skills and operational performance of firms depending on the circumstances of organizations through logistic resources in the manufacturing industry of Karachi, Pakistan. The current research had employed resource based view theory for the development of hypothesis and analyzed that collected data using PLS-SEM through Smart PLS 3.2.9. The findings of the study showed that logistic information had positive and significant effect on customer service capability, financial performance, operational performance, and resource integration capability, logistic location had a positive and significant effect on customer service capability, operational performance, and resource integration capability, logistic infrastructure had a positive and significant effect on financial performance and resource integration capability, and logistic knowledge had a negative but significant effect on OP .Results also suggested that logistic knowledge had negative and insignificant effect on customer service capability, financial performance and resource integration capability, logistic infrastructure had negative and insignificant effect on customer service capability and OP. Along with, Logistic location had a negative and insignificant effect on FP. Managers who concentrate on one dimension only and ignore others can choose inappropriate objectives. In particular, if they are not informed about the effects of logistics resource trends on skills and organizational efficiency, managers might invest in improper logistics services to enhance the unique capabilities of enterprises. Managers are recommended to consider all the dimension of logistic resources to improve it over all capabilities.
